Hi, my name is Kimberly, I am a photographer in Kernersville, NC.  I started Hold Fast Photography in 2011.  I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2005 with a degree in Broadcast Communications with a focus in photography.  I have always loved photography.  I remember taking pictures with my Mickey Mouse film camera as a child and then became the photography editor of my yearbook in high school.

I am married to the greatest man in the world and we have two sweet dog babies.  We live in Kernersville and enjoy weekends in Asheville and spending time with our friends and family.

I have experience in may different types of photography including, weddings, couples, families, children, sports and product photography, as well as, headshots and modeling portfolio pictures.  I have even tried my hand with boudoir and real estate photography.  I have had images featured in the local Kernersville News and on the Cheeky Lime BLOG.  I was also a finalist in the 2017 Shoot and Share worldwide photo competition.

I love every type of photography but have really come to love children's photography.  I enjoy capturing these sweet angels in all stages of life and watching them grow.
